Luxury Watches

New luxurious watches at W&W 2025 were presented in Geneve during the first week of April.

As usual, the world capital of watchmaking becomes the host of the international Watches and Wonders saloon at the beginning of April. It is the greatest fair of luxurious watches, gathering renown watch makers. This year, the elite of chorology lists as many as 60 brands.

Luxury Watches

Starting with innovative technology, all the way to the never seen before design – new luxurious watches at W&W 2025 really broaden the limits of functionality, as well as in aesthetics. Maestro jewelers will discover for you the ones that attracted the most attention.

IWC Ingenieur watches at W&W 2025

IWC has decided to introduce the refreshed edition of its legendary Ingenieur collection at this year’s fair.

Luxury Watches

Ingenieur Automatic 42 is the first watch of this line that is completely made of ceramics. That is a great turning point in design. The true interpretation of the original stainless-steel design is achieved with multi-element construction of the housing.

Namely, the housing ring, bezel and the back side ring are made of ultra-robust black zirconium ceramic oxide, of cca 1300 hardness according to Vickers hardness scale about 1300. In order to provide water resistance down to 100 m depth, IWC uses the inner titanium ring that fixes the bezel to the back side of the housing. Even more impressive is the fact that the sapphire crystals are pressed directly into the ceramics. That proves the fact that Ingenieur Automatic 42 is a result of serious engineering.

The dial is with recognizable „Grid“ texture, i.e. combination of small lines and rectangles rendering modern looks.

82110 caliber is inside the housing, working at frequency of 28.800 vibrations per hour, with 60 hours power reserve. IWC added efforts in order to improve even that feature. Ceramic components are introduced into the movement, thus eliminating wear and tear and improving durability of the watch.

TAG Heuer new luxurious watches at W&W 2025

Tag Heuer has been synonym for luxury, top performances and perfect aesthetics. Their Carrera collection embodies exactly those features, and it is no wonder it is presented at this year’s W&W fair.

Luxury Watches

Although the silhouette of TAG Heuer Carrera Day-Date watches is well known, the brand introduced subtle improvements of wearability and readability. Thise changes include the thinner bezel and wider crystal opening, providing better ergonomic and clearer display. The dials are also rearranged, with larger indices that are more distant from each other, thus providing a three-dimensional effect.

Luxury Watches

The new TAG Heuer Carrera watches come in five models. Each has a stainless-steel housing, 41 mm in diameter, completed with a fixed bezel. Dials come in different colors.

Besides the familiar sunray effect, there are also smoky red opaline, black grainy dial with sporty red and blue accents, and the black opaline with elegant pink gold details.

Luxury Watches

The first two models are complete with stainless steel bracelets. The next one comes with a perforated black leather strap. The last one is available in two versions – with stainless steel bracelet made of combination of steel and pink gold.

The movement is improved. TH31-02 movement was developed exclusively in cooperation with AMT. It runs at the frequency of 28.800 vibrations per hour and has 80 hours of power reserve. It stands out with its extended five-years warranty, top finish and shield-shaped rotor, visible through the back housing lid.

Zenith G.F.J. Caliber 135

Zenith this year celebrates its 160 years of existence. On the occasion of its anniversary, it presented its new G.F.J. Caliber 135. It is named after the founder, Georges Favre-Jacotu. Caliber 135 is the new version that unites precision, elegance and expertise in production. It thus redefines chorological icon and prepares it for the new era of watchmaking.

Original caliber 135 was developed during the late 40-ies with one mission – to win at chronometry observatory competitions. It surely reached the target, leaving its competition far behind. It was named after its dimensions – 13 lines in diameter and 5 mm thickness. That caliber was in production until 1962.

This top-class engineering offers Zenith the possibility to re-launch its star to previous heights. Modernized caliber is designed to embody the looks and architecture of the original, but with updated materials and technical additions.

Oversized balance wheel is still there, and the power reserve is extended to 72 hours. The cog is redesigned regarding optimized teeth geometry, thus increasing efficiency. The second stop mechanism is now in place.

Attention is attracted to the superb final finish, visible from the rear side of the housing. The bridges are adorned with guilloché finish in a ’brick’ form – homage to the red-and-white painted facade of Zenith factory. Final finish is circular sateen, and the crown is polished black.

The movement is placed into an impressive platinum housing, 39 mm in diameter. The dial, divided into three segments, is in blue shades. The external ring stripe contains a combination of beautiful, detailed guilloche engravings in ’blue brick’ form, with pauses for 18-carat white gold hour indices. Lapis Lazuli is in the center, and a blue mother-of-pearl sub dial is in the lower part.

Ulysse Nardin Diver [AIR]

Ulysse Nardin is famous for its broadening limits, especially with divers’ watches. Although many have thought that there is nothing new to be done in this field, the famous Swiss watchmaker went beyond expected possible limits.

Diver [AIR], presented at the Geneva Fair, is the lightest divers’ watch ever made – only 52 grams.

The housing, 44 mm in diameter, is sealed with a dome-like sapphire crystal, and a single-direction rotating bezel. It is watertight to 200 meters depth. Housing is made of high technology recycled materials, i.e. titanium and carbon fibers.

Titanium used for production of Ulysse Nardin Diver [AIR] consists of 90% recycled material. It was created by TiFast (leading titanium producer) and Thyssenkrupp (specialists for materials and engineering solutions, focusing on automobile technologies and maritime systems).

The other housing component is Nylo®-Foil, consisting of 60% recycled fishing nets. This carbon composite material is lighter than traditional carbon fibers.

Instead of robust rubber strap, characteristic for Diver collection, the new model comes with two ultra-light elastic woven straps in white and orange color.

Luxury Watches

In order to achieve the light form, Ulysse Nardin changed also the insides of the watch. Bridges and main board of the UN-374 movement are made of 90% recycled titanium. It can be seen through the open dial, as well as through the sapphire crystal on the back of the housing.

UN-374 works at the frequence of 21.600 vibrations per hour, with 90 hours power reserve.

Chopard Alpine Eagle 41 Xp CS Platinum

Besides Chopard Mille Miglia, Alpine Eagle is the collection intended for men. Its new edition could be seen at the W&W fair.

It is completely made of 950 platinum, 95% pure platinum in the alloy with 5% of other metals. Outstanding durability is thus achieved, as well as resistance to water to 100 m depth.

Luxury Watches

The housing 41 mm in diameter is only 8 mm thick, thus providing sophisticated Chopard elegance. It is adorned with the flat anti-reflex treated sapphire crystal and the crown in the shape of rose flower – the same as with the other watches of this collection.

The real eye-catcher comes with the dial of the attractive gradient blue shade, inspired by the Alpine glaciers. Texture of an eagle’s eye is outstanding on the dial – what is why the Alpine Eagle watches are called after.

Harmonized with the housing, dial indices are made of white gold. Centrally situated second pointing hand has a counterweight in the shape of eagle’s feather.

Luxury Watches

The movement is L.U.C 96.42-L, equipped with a platinum micro-rotor. This movement works at the frequency of 28.800 vibrations per hour, with 60 hours power reserve.

New luxurious watches at W&W 2025 fair that celebrates its 20th birthday

Not many watches had such a great influence on the world of modern chorology as did Hublot Big Bang. Honoring its 20th birthday, the brand launched five new models as a homage to innovative materials that define the collection.

Luxury Watches

Models with housing made of titanium and King Gold present the essence of the first Big Bang watches from 2005.

Red Magic is made of red ceramic. With it Hublot reminds us of the challenge it overcame in 2018.

Up to the revolutionary Hublot invention, ceramic watches were available only in black color. Thanks to the innovative approach and precise control of pigments, pressure and temperature, it managed to develop a unique formula. The result was red color that was up to then considered impossible in chorology.

Luxury Watches

Big Bang All Black reminds us of 2006, when Hublot developed this concept in its watches. Bold design follows the hidden aesthetics, instead of prioritizing readability and function. The housing is made of black ceramics, while the dial is with a carbon matte pattern.

According to many, Hublot’s most prominent innovation in the field of materials that appeared for the first time in 2011, is Magic Gold. It is an alloy of 18-carat gold, resistant to scratches. That unbelievable resistance was achieved by the addition of ceramics to its composition. That famous material was revived with the Big Bang Full Magic Gold edition.

Luxury Watches

All of the Big Bang 20th Anniversary watches come in the housing of 43 mm in diameter and are run by the HUB1280 UNICO movement with the Flyback function and 72 hours power reserve.

Luxurious watches of famous brands are waiting for you within the rich range of Maestro Jewelers.
